The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for members, owners, guests, and vendors, representing WindRiver with professionalism and hospitality. This is a part-time position that requires weekend availability.
Responsibilities
Guest & Front-Desk Operations
- Greet guests and owners with professional, friendly service.
- Manage check-ins/outs, guest passes, reservations, and tee times.
- Keep front entrance, lobby, and conference rooms clean and presentable.
- Answer and route calls on main lines, handle overflow and after-hours voicemails.
- Provide updated info on club events, dining, activities, and tours.
- Complete daily opening/closing checklists and maintain front-desk organization.
- Restock marketing materials as needed.
- Play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and the overall enhancement of the guest and member experience in alignment with WindRiver’s standards of excellence
Administrative, Real Estate, & Communication Support
- Generate and share real-time reports on showings, tours, and lead activity.
- Handle mail, packages, and info requests for prospects and owners.
- Perform administrative tasks: filing, data entry, billing, and communications.
- Route maintenance/service requests to appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with Golf, Dining, Events, Facilities, and Real Estate teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of all member and prospect information.
- Provide backup support to Real Estate and Admin teams as needed.
- High School Diploma (preferred).
- 1 year of previous receptionist experience (preferred)
- Must be minimum 18 years of age (required).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Demonstrated positive interpersonal and communication skills with staff and customers.
- Professional demeanor with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, climb stairs, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 30lbs. Must be able to work in an office setting for 8 hours a day.
