Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quarterly NAV and financial statement process, reviewing work prepared by a third-party administrator.
- Manage funds’ day-to-day operations, including execution of capital calls and distributions, and facilitating internal and external communications for investors.
- Handle payment of fund fees and expenses and complete weekly bank account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with tax providers on reporting and compliance with all applicable taxes.
- Coordinate the annual audit process, reviewing financial statements prepared by a third-party administrator and coordinating with auditors.
- Work with internal teams to enhance and develop accounting and expense systems and processes.
- 3 years of experience in private equity, fund accounting, or an audit firm.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Willingness to work on a wide range of tasks and ability to prioritize among projects.
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently with limited supervision.
Salary: $135,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
