Our award-winning organization is looking for a Service Advisor. We have grown every year since 2009 and need to hire a new person in our front office. It's a fast-paced location in a part of Cherokee County where people are down-to-earth and very loyal. Automotive experience is definitely required but, more importantly, we are looking for someone with excellent people skills that genuinely cares about them and their automotive needs. The ability to connect with people and earn their trust is necessary and you should possess these traits before applying.
Automotive experience should include a minimum of 5 years. You should have sufficient knowledge of parts and labor in order to prepare an accurate estimate for the customer. Sufficient knowledge of how automotive vehicle systems operate is important to properly communicate with the customer. We do offer ongoing, professional sales training that is company paid.
