The Treasurer and Public Trustee's Office is looking for someone with excellent attention to detail to join our team as a Senior Administrative Specialist!
This position provides office administrative support for the Public Trustee's Office by reviewing/approving mortgage deed releases and assisting with all aspects of foreclosures. Responsibilities
Specifically this position:
- Reviews and approves mortgage deed releases.
- Coordinates and manages all aspects of foreclosures: opening new foreclosures, mailings, cures, withdrawals, bankruptcies, and auctions.
- Processes Treasurer payments during deadline days.
- Answers phones for the Public Trustee and Treasurer’s Office.
We Are Looking For a Candidate Who Will
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Ideally have prior knowledge of the Treasurer and Public Trustee's Office processes.
- Thoroughly read, review and interpret state statutes.
- Work well with a team or individually with little or no supervision.
- Be driven to problem solve and improve processes.
- Ideally have Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Four (4) years of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
