Senior Compliance Associate

A growing private investment firm located in Southern Miami is hiring a Senior Compliance Associate to support its regulatory and operational compliance efforts. The Senior Compliance Associate will support the Chief Compliance Officer to maintain and enhance the firm's compliance program. With 1.5B in AUM and climbing, this is a dynamic firm offering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, update, implement and maintain policies and procedures
• Review marketing and investor materials
• Conduct risk assessments, reviews and tests
• Support on regulatory filings such as Form ADV
• Deliver compliance trainings

Qualifications:

• 2 years in compliance
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication, organization, and independent judgment
