What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technology Counsel position at Larson Maddox?
One of the top five Health Systems in the country by revenue generation and size is looking to bring on Counsel focused in Technology Enterprise matters. This Health System is currently undergoining a massive build out of their Technology and AI Legal department. In this role, you will report into the VP Legal of IT and Cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, cloud enabled services agreements, licensing agreements, MTAs, etc.
- Advise on procurement matters related to AI related products and services.
- Oversee IP collaborations in partnership with third party technology AI buildouts.
- Advise on HIPAA and other privacy/cybersecurity related matters.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 10 years of experience within the Technology space - preference for experience within the Healthtech space as well.
- 3 years of experience in-house.
- Located in or able to relocate to Nashville, Tennessee.
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
