Accounting Manager

As they continue their rapid growth, they are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll own accounting operations, help scale processes, and work alongside innovative, forward-thinking professionals.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, GL, payroll, and reconciliations
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements
• Develop and enhance internal financial reporting and controls
• Partner with FP&A, legal, and senior leadership on strategic initiatives
• Mentor and grow a high-performing accounting team
• Manage audit preparation, tax filings, and external financial reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
  
  

Accounting Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in management
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth industries strongly preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, or similar)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
