In this role, you will support the larger Development and Marketing team with donor database updates and file digitization.
Daily Responsibilities
- Update constituent records in Raiser’s Edge, including contact and employment information
- Assist in digitizing department files
- Utilize Excel and other tools to cross reference data, ensuring a seamless flow of accurate information.
- 1 years experience using a database or CRM (Raiser’s Edge strongly preferred)
- 1 years familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets and Excel
- Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience working in Development, Alumni Relations, Advancement, or similar fields is highly preferred.
- Must be local to Chicago and able to come onsite as needed
