What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Agent position at LaSalle Network?

LaSalle Network is seeking a dynamic Call Center Agent to join our client’s team. This role combines customer service, sales and soft collections responsibilities. As an integral part of the team, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, guide customers through the loan application process and provide essential support regarding their accounts.

This is a temporary to hire position, with 4 weeks of onsite training followed by a hybrid/remote schedule based on performance. A set schedule will be provided after training, but candidates must be open to all hours of operation.

Call Center Agent Responsibilities:

  • Handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (over 100 calls daily)
  • Follow a script to assist customers with their loan application
  • Answer questions about products and resolve account-related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with payment processing and follow up on past due balances
  • Manage correspondence via email

Call Center Agent Requirements:

  • 1 years of call center experience
  • Must have high-speed internet with a download speed of at least 25MB
  • Must be comfortable working in a scripted environment
  • Must be adaptable to a metric-driven environment with performance evaluations
  • Proficient in handling high-speed internet for remote work
  • Ability to follow a detailed script effectively
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with quality assurance evaluations
