Cost Accounting Manager Responsibilities :
- Analyze and maintain cost accounting data within SAP for all manufacturing processes
- Prepare cost reports, including standard costs, variances and bill of materials (BOM) analyses
- Conduct variance investigations and implement corrective actions to optimize production costs
- Participate in the development and implementation of cost control measures
- Interface with production, purchasing, and engineering departments to gather and analyze cost data
- Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a cost accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience working with SAP, particularly in the CO (Controlling) module
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
