Job Description
- Detail vehicles for customer delivery and showroom.
- Make sure vehicles no the lot are clean and run through carwash as needed.
- Properly and promptly photo vehicles for online presence
- Assist in gassing vehicles for customer delivery
- Fill holes on both new and used car lots as needed.
- Must be able to work in all elements of Michigan weather and dress accordingly to perform your daily job duties.
- Keep all walkways and entrances free of debris.
- Run errands for both stores as needed.
- Transport vehicles to and from local holding lots.
- Repark vehicles on lot when not sold and place hang tags in vehicles as instructed.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need.
Job Requirements
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing teamwork, listening, speaking, and writing effectively.
- Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to achieve high standards by focusing on customer satisfaction, working efficiently, and displaying professionalism with integrity.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
