Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Executive Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: The administrative assistant assists with services and organizational activities, facilitates communications, schedules and organizes events and/or services and meetings related to the business of the center. The Admin Assistant assists with service implementation, data collection efforts and data collection reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answers phones and directs community members to resources, services and programs.*
- Assists community members with technology services in the technology lab.*
- Ensures all activities follow the guidelines of LTCC policies and procedures.*
- Develops and manages partnerships and builds community support for services.*
- Maintains accurate records, files, and data systems for data reporting (e.g., attendance, participant survey data).*
- Reviews and submits monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reports as necessary.*
- Assists with the effective implementation and coordination of organizational services.*
- Engages community and youth populations to participate in educational programs and events and activities.*
- Builds relationships with community members utilizing organizational services.*
- Assists with the implementation of organizational services.*
- Prepares materials and supplies for clients and contractors.*
- Other duties as assigned.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
