Shift: 5:00PM-3:30AM

Compensation Details

Hourly Rate : $19.75

Additional Compensation Benefits

• Shift Differential: $0.50/hr while working on 2nd shift.
  
  

Position Summary

Critical role that partners closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure acceptable inventory levels. This role is the first line of defense for all supplier related issues. Responsible for submitting orders to vendors, communicating order pickups within the organization and addressing past due orders with vendors.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of Warehousing experience is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is preferred.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Shipping and Received experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Bar Code Scanning experience is preferred.
• Read and write English fluently.
• Ability and willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to receive written and verbal directions.
• Ability to understand general work processes.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Ensure “Safety First” is always practiced and observes and adheres to all job safety rules.
• Abide by ALL Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ensure warehouse is always in SQF audit readiness.
• Verify all paperwork is correct, completed, and signed by Warehouse team members.
• Able to follow the established SOPs for receiving, shipping and transfers documentation, and any other instruction given by leadership.
• Able to correspond with all operational departments as well as with customers and vendors.
• Research errors and issues with inventory.
• Prepare and provides reports to supervisor and manager as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse Office in organized and professional appearance.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership.
  
  

Physical Requirements/ Environment

• Repetitive lifting, push, pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing walking, bending, twisting, lifting, climbing stairs.
• Normal vision, hearing sensitivity and manual dexterity is necessary in position.
• Fast-pace manufacturing / packaging work environment.
