Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting activities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and resolve discrepancies
Prepare invoices, process payments, and track expenses
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
Assist in preparing financial reports for management and auditors
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
Assist with audits, tax filings, and other financial reviews as required
Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures
Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Qualifications:
2 years of accounting experience overall
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
