Operational Responsibilities
Uploading customs entry packets into Laufer WorldPort Web portal for record keeping purposes
Uploading client invoices and billing back up for billing purposes
Manage group email account
Assists CHB Reps with billing of customs entries
Manage ISF’s to ensure filed timely
Prepare Marine Insurance certificates
Works with carriers to obtain pick up information
Dispatching of containers to truckers & manage delivery process
Key Skills And Qualifications
Ability to work with standard business technology tools
Organizational skills, detail-oriented, multi-task, flexibility
Excellent conflict resolution/creative problem-solving, and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
