- Entering Commercial Sales- renewals and new sales
- Managing Commercial accounts-notes, documents, billing questions
- Sending invoices each day
- Sending Group Billing statements
- Create and optimize daily production routes by collaborating with Operations
- Attend operation department conference calls and meetings when necessary.
- Manage, plan and implement changes as necessary to promote efficiency on a day-to-day basis.
- Perform other duties that are assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Prefer some experience with Routing/Scheduling
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, possess good communications and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner/multitasker
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to travel for initial and periodical training
