Location: Boeing-Charleston SC

Job Type: Office/On-site (100%),

Reports to: Supervisor/Lead Service Manager

Department: Maintenance

Position Purpose: Manage tool control program for the Customer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec
• Works safely at all times
• Responsible for the completion of audits on Maintenance department tools
• Ability to research, order and keep a running inventory of tools
• Label and etch tools for control purposes
• Responsible for shadowing tool storage
• All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager

• Experience with CMMS, with a focus on procurement
• Microsoft Office Suites (excel, word & PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Position Qualifications:

• Experience with tools used in industrial maintenance operations
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
• High School diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:

• Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is medium). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces from 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment
• Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment> with 50% time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
