LEAP Academy University Charter School is seeking a highly qualified Office Manager for that will support the daily operations of the business office.

Administration Management
- Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Business Office, typing, word processing and/or formatting correspondence, newsletters, handbooks, reports and programs; coordinating meetings, typing and distributing meeting minutes; maintaining and updating master calendar for the school year; coordinating building use with the Facilities Use Department; creating and maintaining filing systems; distributing mail; maintaining and verifying building fixed asset inventory; issuing and tracking building keys; and other related duties. Schedule and maintain calendar and appointments for the School Principal and Assistant to the Principal;
- Prepare daily and weekly student data reports required by the School Principal, Assistant to the Principal, and district-level Administrators;
- Prepare financial documents such as school budget, purchasing requisitions, and other school related financial reports as needed;
- Partner with district level Administrators (Enrollment Services, School Nurse, Family Support, Athletics, Disciplinary, Class Advisors, and all Academic Advising staff) supporting the scope of their duties; ensuring overall student success
- Maintain student cumulative file, class rosters, and input/update data in the OnCourse database;
- Prepare school-wide student progress reports, report cards, and district low GPA notifications;
- Prepare daily and weekly school exception reports for all student late arrivals and early departures;
- Prepare school and student based correspondence as necessary or requested by School Administrators;
- Continuously gain working knowledge of school and district operations; communicating protocols to necessary parties;
- Serve as a liaison for all visitors, students, families, and staff;
- Serve as a translator for families;
- Maintain attendance of instructional and non-instructional staff;

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in office management and diverse public relations;
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Proficiency in computer applications and other database software;
- Must have the ability to multitask and manage priorities;
