Friends of Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a 501c3 non-profit organization that supports the delivery of pediatric therapy services and additional programs to support families with children with special needs.
Our mission is to improve access to hippotherapy services at Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy, for every child who needs it!
We are proud to serve over 850 patients and their families per week on our 4 acre campus, with our growing staff and volunteers.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, motivated and creative person to fill the role of Executive Director, to help grow our established organization into a well known and growing non-profit organization that fulfills it's mission and reach with an abundance of support from the community through the following actions:
• An abundance of well-educated supporters, who give consistently and are engaged with the mission.
• An abundance of knowledgeable and committed volunteers who volunteer their time regularly.
• Well organized, implemented, and growing revenue-generating programs.
• Company’s good works are well known in the community.
• Seeks and obtains new funding opportunities.
• Develops existing supporters with timely follow up, checking in, and recognition.
• Recognition events for supporters.
• Organized and well executed community events that generate fundraising and other support.
• Works closely with the Board of Director on implementing and expanding the mission and reach.
• Works closely with the marketing director for a well-engaged social media presence and other marketing.
• Well-maintained donor records.
• Well maintained documents and records for compliance and maintenance of 501c 3 status.
• Well maintained accounting of income and expenses.
Compensation: $75,000 DOE

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
