Job Duties include, but not limited to:
- Open/Closing of the Clinic
- Greeting employees, patients, and their families
- Creating teaching tools for our field staff using our curriculum
- Assists clinical staff
- Answer phones
- Maintain a safe environment for staff and patients
- Conduct orientation for new hires
- Conduct new hire training
- Tablet inventory control
- Creating/Maintaining clinic organization
- Other duties as required
Position also includes Scheduling:
The Scheduler will assign field staff to designated service areas of our patients. Daily duties include scheduling clinical staff to the patients availability while taking distance and travel into consideration, continually updating field and patients schedule changes that have been submitted, reviewing schedules for accuracy to maximize field utilization, and uploading schedules to the company's portal in order for field staff to know where they are scheduled.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00am-7:00pm
Employment Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to play with kids for 20 minutes at a time
- Ability to stand, squat, sit, bend, twist, and lift 50lbs
- DOJ/FBI live scan background clearance
- TB clearance and immunization records (Including COVID-19)
Preferred Experience:
- 6 months administration experience
- Great attitude - thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
