The Leavitt Group’s affiliate, Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona is looking to add new talent to their Commercial Lines team in either office located in Flagstaff or Cottonwood, AZ. A Commercial Lines Account Manager works closely with producers and commercial lines managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts. The right candidate has roughly 5 years of experience working with middle to larger sized markets and maintain a larger book of business.

Responsibilities:
Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona offers a competitive salary, depending upon experience and designations, between $50,000 and $75,000 annually.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the applications for the submission with underwriting information provided by the Producer
- Daily ongoing relationship with Commercial Lines Manager regarding specific deadlines and on-going projects/tasks
- Work with the service staff to meet timeline (deadlines)
- Work with assigned Account Executive on marketing procedures with discussed selected markets
- Follow up with Markets for quotations
- Create the proposal and make any changes under the direction of the Account Executive
- Check for any discrepancies b/w submission/quotation/proposal
- Work with Producer to provide binders of insurance/Get client sign off
- Certificate issuance
- Invoice
- Check endorsements against Account Executive requests
- Issue auto ID Cards
- Active Property & Casualty license in Arizona
- 5 years of commercial lines experience
- Must have strong computer software and in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have experience with carrier rating software
- Experience with the AMS 360 is highly preferred
