What are the responsibilities and job description for the Indirect Tax Accountant position at Ledgent?
Ledgent Finance & Accounting has partnered with our client in search of an outstanding Indirect Tax Accountant for their direct hire opportunity located in Houston, TX. The role will be helping with sales & use and motor fuels excise tax returns. This will work closely with other departments and will report to the Tax Manager. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to expand your skill set and be a part of a reputable company.
This is a direct opportunity and they are looking for someone to start ASAP. This is working 100% in office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or finance preferred
- 3 years of Sales & Use tax experience
- Motor Fuels tax experience preferred but not required
- Strong Excel Skills
