What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Loan Administrator position at Ledyard National Bank?
This position is responsible for the processing of commercial loans. Provides support to all areas of the Commercial Banking department by preparation of documents, tracking files, ensuring conformity of documents to policies and regulations, and maintaining various reports. Regular interaction with clients, attorneys and others with questions about loan payments, payoffs, other transactions and basic loan questions. Qualifications: 4 years’ experience in lending, consumer or commercial, a minimum of three years’ experience in a banking position with progressively increasing responsibilities is required in lieu of a formal education, a college degree may be substituted for some experience level, computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft office platforms, core bank systems and internet-based tools, ability to work accurately and effectively in a fast-moving work environment, familiarity with Laserpro loan documentation a plus, experience with SBA loans and loan processing requirements a plus. Location: Hybrid position with a home base in West Lebanon, NH.
