The Training Specialist role is instrumental in supporting the Bank’s culture of continuous learning and team member’s professional development. The Specialist is responsible for the coordination, creation and delivery of online, in-person, and live-remote training, and interactive and engaging learning resources. Qualifications: Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience required; minimum of 2 years of retail banking experience; minimum of 2 years work experience in developing and delivering adult learning training/solutions; and knowledge of federal banking regulations preferred. Hybrid position.
Salary : $44,200 - $56,000
