This role will report to the CEO and General Counsel and oversee legal support for the operations in the U.S. and Latin America. The role will have high visibility to top company executives and a wide scope of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on regulatory issues (broker/dealer, banking, etc.)
- Review and draft contracts
- Conduct internal training for legal changes
- Advise on international business issues
- Conduct legal research
- Various related duties
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and J.D. required
- Admitted in the U.S.
- Over 4 years of experience specifically within private baking or broker/dealer
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Willing to work independently and strong attention to detail
