We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager with a strong background in refinery operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all products meet established quality standards and comply with industry regulations while driving continuous improvement across production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee quality control procedures across refinery operations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Lead quality audits and inspections; investigate and resolve non-conformances.
- Analyze quality data and report trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
- Train and guide staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- 5 years of quality management experience in a refinery or petrochemical environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
