Availability: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm - Springfield

Essential Job Functions

• Provides direct support to employees or customers regarding technical inquiries. This may include helping set up hardware or software, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems, answering questions about hardware or software, and helping users access shared drives and devices.

• Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves software, hardware, and network failures in a timely manner.

• Performs the installation, configuration, upgrades, repair and preventative maintenance of software, hardware and/or systems.

• Maintains awareness of current tools, methodologies and technologies associated to IT support.

• Assist with Implementing new technologies to improve business process and efficiency, as needed.

• Work with network services and data processing vendors to install and configure network including setup, enhancement, and maintenance.

• Ensure that Legacy staff workstations connect to network and always have access to critical data.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the banks proprietary software systems to aid in the onboarding of new users and troubleshoot issues with these programs.

Education and Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing technical support in a domain environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Must have a working experience with Windows OS, mobile devices, and managing applications on these endpoints.
• Must be available to assist with on-call or after-hours duties as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of employees and management through written and verbal communications.
