Job highlights

Job Duties
- Deliver care using a patient centered approach
- Administers treatment programs and follow-up care to patients in accordance with the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist.
- Records patients’ reactions to treatment and progress in the patient care plan on the patients’ medical records; daily notes and/or weekly notes in the manner outlined in the policy and procedure manual
- Assist the Physical Therapist with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled clinic.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy assistant
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
- One (1) year experience preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome and encouraged to apply!

Licensing/Certification/Education Requirements:
- Associates Degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant program is required
- Currently licensed in the state of employment as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Current CPR Certification
