We’re excited to support a high-growth, PE-backed wealth management firm in their search for an Accounting Associate to join their expanding back-office team. With over 7,000 client families across the East Coast, this organization is rapidly scaling and brings a dynamic culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-focused service.

You’ll join a tight-knit finance team led by a highly regarded COO and newly hired Director of Accounting, playing a key role in internal accounting operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with commission calculations and payroll processing for a large base of 1099 advisors
• Managing spreadsheets and reconciliation processes
• Supporting QuickBooks entries and internal accounting records (experience preferred, not required)
• Learning the ropes of payroll, compliance, and accounting within a highly regulated industry
• Contributing to the build-out of in-house financial systems as the team scales

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• Entry-level to 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and curious — you don’t need to be a payroll expert, but you’re eager to learn
• A team player who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work onsite during ramp-up phase (then hybrid model: 3 in-office days/week)
