Legal Intake Professionals®, or LIP®, isn't just another answering service for lawyers. We provide legal intake services for law firms. That's it, that's all we do. And we're good at it too. We have developed a reputation for quality client intake service, and it's all thanks to our talented, caring legal intake experts.
We are currently seeking polite, caring, and professional specialists to work closely with other team members to provide Legendary Service to our clients' callers. The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude, be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily. Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented. We handle calls for a large number of accounts and so there is always a lot of activity and new challenges to face and resolve daily! Previous experience in the customer service industry is also preferred, but NOT required --- we will train You!
This is an in-office position.
Your job will be receiving incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will need to set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have
- Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar, and diction
- A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
- Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
- The ability to ask appropriate questions
- The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age
- The ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish
- Competitive Compensation: $20/hour with perfect attendance, $18/hour without.

- Weekend Availability: Required to work one Saturday or Sunday per week.

- You must be able to complete the training hours as listed before working the permanent overnight schedule.
