Intake Specialist - Evening

We are looking for part time Legal Intake Specialists to join our team!

At Legal Intake Professionals, our Intake Specialists are the first friendly voice our clients hear when they need help. In this key role, you are on the front lines of client support, managing a high volume of phone inquiries with empathy and care. Your mission is to listen closely, get to the heart of each caller's needs, and provide a supportive experience that leaves a lasting, positive impression. This is an in-office position.

We are looking for personable and articulate professionals who are passionate about making a real impact. You will rely on your strong listening and data entry skills to ensure every client interaction is documented with precision. While previous experience in customer service or legal intake is a plus, it is not a requirement. We are happy to provide all the training you need to master our systems and procedures. To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have

• Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar and dictation
• A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
• Active listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
• The ability to ask appropriate questions
• The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of callers claims
• Accurate and fast typing skills
• PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
• A High School diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age
  
  

Compensation: $20 per hour with perfect attendance

Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, coming back on time from any breaks during your shift and fulling completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 per hour.

Shifts Offered

• Part Time
• Hours between 12:00pm-Midnight
• You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
• You must be very punctual with great attendance.
  
  

Training will last approximately four weeks, Mon-Fri from 8a-12p or 4p-8p. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule
