Established and growing Nashville Call Center is presenting a unique opportunity for the right candidate!
Legal Intake Professionals (LIP) is searching for polite, professional Intake Specialists to work closely with other team members to provide Legendary service to our clients by answering Inbound calls for legal firms. Our Intake Specialists handle a high volume of inbound calls and seek to create a positive experience for each client.
We are not looking for a telephone operator. We are looking for someone LEGENDARY.
LIP is a boutique service for personal injury law firms. We assist our callers and clients by politely and professionally answering Inbound calls. We compassionately listen to our callers and do our best to assist with their reason for calling.
Intake Specialists are important members of our team and should be friendly, professional, and compassionate, with a great work ethic! Our ideal candidate possesses compassion, discipline, detailed oriented, motivated, ability to multi-task and an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
As our company serves a diverse clientele, ability to speak a second language (particularly Spanish) is a plus. Previous experience in the customer service industry is also preferred, but NOT required --- we will train a qualified candidate on our systems and procedures as necessary.

There is a 3 week paid training process. Once you have successfully completed training, we will allow you to then begin working your normal schedule.
We are immediately hiring for Full Time positions.
Shifts Offered:
- Mid Shift
- 2nd Shift
**You must be very punctual with great attendance!
Compensation: $17.00 an hour with perfect attendance
Perfect Attendance is considered:
- Being on time for the start of your shift.
- Leaving and coming back on time from any break times during your shift.
- Fully completing your shift.
Rate of pay (without perfect attendance): $15.00 an hour
The essential duties of our Specialists are:
- The primary responsibilities will be receiving incoming client calls, following detailed scripts and filling out intakes while talking to clients, as received electronically and by live transfer.
- Sets the tone and pace of all calls, while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience when speaking with potential clients.
- Demonstrates ability to converse with varying client personalities to collect pertinent details to determine the viability of their claims.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- This is largely a sedentary role, however the employee may at times be required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The Skills and Qualifications we look for are:
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar and diction.
- Use professional phone voice communicating customer care and concern.
- Demonstrated active-listening skills to gain client information and ability to ask appropriate questions.
- Demonstrated accurate and fast typing skills.
- Use PC/computer skills in the Microsoft Windows environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
