This growing program is comprised of the Forensic Response Team, Forensic Evaluations, and the delivery of Competency Restoration Training for individuals who have both criminal charges and behavioral health needs. The program is staffed with experienced mental health professionals with extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system as it relates to individuals with behavioral health disorders. The program facilitates collaboration between criminal justice and the behavioral health system and offers respect, dignity, and support for these individuals meeting these challenges.

What You Offer:
- Master’s degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or counseling.
- Licensure preferred.
- 1 years of supervisory experience
- Experience collaborating with police departments, personnel at the area jails, and the court system, strongly preferred.
- Possess the ability to proficiently document an electronic health record.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel throughout Bucks County and the surrounding area.
- Possess the ability to perform the physical requirements of the program, with or without accommodation.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership of administrative and program staff working in the Forensic Response Team and Forensic Evaluations.
- Oversee staffing responsibilities for Forensic Program – including recruitment and retention, monitoring of staff performance and appropriate levels of staff competence.
- Assist with assessment of Forensic Program components, policies & procedures, EHR services and forms, data collection, and quality assurance metrics.
- Maintain awareness of any current regulations, opportunities, and procedures relative to delivering Forensic Services to expand and grow the program.
- Assist Forensic Evaluator in collecting information for competency reports and evaluations for individuals referred to LVF by researching, obtaining and reviewing information from agencies in the criminal justice system, mental health system, education system and healthcare system.
- Participate in management meetings, work on assigned committees, and represent Lenape Valley Foundation outside of the agency as an ambassador to police, the jail system, and the courts. This includes attending meetings in the community which includes the courthouse, jail, police station and other community settings.
