Hiring for Insights and Consumption Excellence to define the overall communications strategy and create the processes and communications that are field facing communications that are mostly generated from our CSAM teams that target the A17 areas and subsets within those groups. This role reports to the Insights & Consumption Excellence Enablement and Communications director.
Core Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Take lead on defining and executing on the processes and communication strategy for major programs in partnership with Business Program Managers on point.
Drive content creating for program newsletters, RoB facilitation, talking points, emails, and other internal communications materials.
Create and execute the overall project plans and workbacks for communications of all defined major programs.
Identify and execute new techniques to drive continued effectiveness of programs and communications.
Lead stakeholder management and mapping during communications push for programs and initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report on individual campaign results and consult on big picture business trends.
Lead roll out and process aligned to CSAM Quizzes worldwide.
