Works closely with the Research Institute leadership to establish management systems and develop strategies that will benefit the institutes' scientific programs. This person acts as a strategic partner, working closely with the Institute's leadership team and program directors to ensure integration of projects within a program strategy framework. Supports activities needed to secure funding opportunities and monitor progress towards Institute and programmatic goals.
Required Education And Experience
Bachelors Degree in a related field. Minimum five (5) years of research-related experience including at least two (2) years of project/program management. Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience. Proven success managing and integrating multiple projects across an organization. Experience in grant writing.

Compensation Range
$107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
