- Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering strong relationships to ensure project success.
- Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, managing slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site.
- Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using strong analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, leveraging time management skills to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports to maintain transparency.
Position Requirements
- 2 years of management experience; sales experience in construction is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification Preferred
