Job Responsibilities

• Develop Video Content
  • Serve as Team Social Media “Hype Person” through energetic personality and extroverted tendencies to provide meaningful and engaging video content featuring agents and team atmosphere

• Utilize AI tools to create, manage, and optimize video content for campaigns, focusing on real estate trends, listings, and market updates.
• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies, leveraging AI insights to enhance content relevancy and audience targeting.
• Create scalable campaign assets that can be adapted for multiple clients and platforms.

• Automation and Scaling
  • Design and implement automation strategies for email marketing, and database content distribution, ensuring seamless workflows.
  • Replicate successful digital campaigns across multiple clients with an emphasis on AI-enabled tools for efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement Chatbot feature on website entities and continuously analyze chatbot interactions for optimization, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Digital Management
  • Oversee YouTube channel management, including video production, optimization, and audience engagement.
• Google Advertising Management
  • Create and optimize Google Ads and Local Services Ads campaigns for lead generation and increased reach.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust ad performance, ensuring budget efficiency and high ROI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using AI-based digital marketing tools.
• Experience with Google Campaigns, including Google Ads, Google Business Profiles, and Local Services Ads.
• Background in content creation and video marketing, with strong familiarity in asset creation and digital management.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong eye for detail and creativity.

• Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
• Develops innovative forward design concepts
