About the Role :

LGTC Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Education Liaison for both our Eating Disorder and Mental Health Residential Treatment Center (RTC) for adolescents. As an Education Liaison, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and implement educational plans for patients. You will also use your organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records of patient progress and collaborate with external educational institutions. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role. Additionally, your knowledge of educational technology and online learning platforms will be beneficial in helping our patients achieve their educational goals.

This is a 20-hour a week, part-time position that requires the ability to commute to both of our locations in San Jose. We require availability from 1 : 00 to 5 : 00pm Monday through Friday. There is remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement educational plans for patients in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their educational goals
• Work with a maximum caseload of 12 clients (6 per facility) from the ages of 12 to 17
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and educational plans
• Collaborate with external educational institutions to ensure that patients have access to the resources they need
• Monitor client progress, identifying areas of improvement to adjust educational plans as needed
