What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at LHH?
LHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for one of their clients in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidates will have accounts payable experience within QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities:
- Processing up to 400 purchase orders and invoices monthly
- Reconciliations
- Monthly sales tax
- Processing overhead invoices
- Vendor maintenance
- Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is required
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is highly preferred
- Friendly, can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic
Compensation and Schedule:
- Onsite with flexibility for work hours
- $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience, PTO, benefits and 401k
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
