  • Compensation Planning & Administration : Develop analyses and recommendations, conduct job analysis, and ensure compliance.
  • Market Data Analysis : Research and analyze market data, participate in salary surveys.
  • PeopleSoft HRIS Management : Maintain data integrity, administer merit increase processes, troubleshoot issues, and work on system upgrades.
  • Job Descriptions : Review, develop, and maintain job descriptions.
  • Executive Support : Prepare reports and documentation for executive meetings.
  • Special Projects : Coordinate and create ad-hoc reports and analyses.
