What You’ll Take Ownership Of
Build & Run Multi‑Channel Demand Programs
- Create integrated campaigns that reach the right audiences and convert them into qualified leads
- Oversee paid search, paid social, and retargeting with an emphasis on efficiency and lead quality
- Lead email strategy and automated workflows to nurture prospects
- Manage social execution, including thought leadership and executive visibility
- Support event and webinar programs from planning to follow‑up
Create Content That Fuels Conversion
- Develop messaging and assets that resonate with executive‑level audiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and refine sales decks, collateral, and templates
- Repurpose content across channels to keep prospects engaged throughout the buyer journey
Use Data to Improve Performance
- Measure campaign impact using HubSpot and analytics tools
- Interpret performance trends and recommend optimizations
- Forecast and report on pipeline contribution and overall marketing impact
Innovate & Experiment
- Test new channels, creative approaches, and marketing technologies
- Leverage AI for content development, campaign enhancement, and workflow automation
- Maintain updated target personas to guide messaging and targeting
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed
What You Bring
- 5 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Experience running multi‑channel programs in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments
- Strong understanding of paid media, outbound, content marketing, digital engagement, and events
- Fluency with MarTech tools: HubSpot, SFDC, WordPress, Google Analytics
- A performance‑oriented mindset with experience in attribution and forecasting
- Clear, confident communication skills and comfort collaborating cross‑functionally
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
- Curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm for leveraging AI in daily work
