What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Paralegal position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a law firm in search of entry level paralegals to assist within the litigation group. No prior experience in a law firm is required and training and mentorship is provided! Candidates with a law related degree or paralegal certification looking to step into their first law firm professional role are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities :
- Assist with preparing a variety of legal documents including correspondence, pleadings and contracts.
- Maintain legal files and assist with case management electronically.
- Conduct legal research and gather case law and regulations.
- Schedule meetings, depositions, hearings etc.
- File documents with courts and ensure compliance.
- Assist with trial prep - binders, exhibits, discovery.
