What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage patient appointment scheduling, ensuring proper coverage and handling out-of-office calls.
- Handle complete and accurate patient registration, including pre-appointment insurance verification.
- Create new patient charts and scan and file patient documents.
- Review clinician documentation to ensure patient charts are complete and ready for visits.
- Provide administrative support for closing patient visits, including obtaining insurance authorizations, financial counseling, and posting over-the-counter payments.
- Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and EMR systems required.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- A positive, patient-focused attitude and dedication to accuracy.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
