Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience: Minimum one (1) year clerical experience within hospital or physician office; minimum one (1) year telephone customer service experience; proficient in MS Word and various system or database experience
Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: NHA Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) or Nationally Registered Certified Administrative Health Assistant (NRCAHA)
