Job Description:
The Key Health division of MoveDocs is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager who is responsible for interacting with attorney customers and obtaining information to evaluate purchase of cases on a personal injury lien basis.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with attorney firms to evaluate personal injury cases and get authorizations
- Grows relationships with attorney firms
- Provides recommendations from the scheduler for providers and appointments
- Assists with scheduling patients as needed
- Delivers customer satisfaction through timely, accurate research
- Achieves weekly volume targets and quarterly measurements to receive extra incentive awards
- Updates electronic client files while interacting with customers via telephone
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or vice-president of the case department
- 2 years of experience interacting with personal injury medical cases
- High School or GED required; some college preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Commitment to detail and quality
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Risk management experience helpful but not required
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- Interpersonal communication skills that drive success
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office
- Ability to type 45 wpm
- Ability to work at a computer while on the telephone for up to 8 hours a day
