About Our Company
General Position Summary
The Inventory Data Specialist is responsible for gathering data and images from suppliers and inputting into Lids system.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform high volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Gather web ready images from vendors and rename with Lids naming conventions
- Communicate with vendors and buyers to quickly resolve data discrepancies
- Ensure all UPCs are input into GXS catalog and compliant in Macy’s system
Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Job Required Knowledge & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of high volume data entry experience in an office environment preferred.
- Position requires moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required
