Position Summary

The LifeShop Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the LifeShop. They handle phone calls, process transactions, merchandise products, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner creating a positive environment
  • Provides customers with detailed product information, recommendations, and answers questions
  • Handle transactions, ensuring smooth payment processing and managing returns
  • Keeps merchandise well-stocked and organized
  • Maintain Shop cleanliness - regular cleaning and tidying of the store
  • Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services

Minimum Required Qualifications   

Education:

  • Working toward High School diploma or GED

Years of Experience:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

  • n/a

Preferred Skills, Experience, and/or Qualifications:

  • Computer experience
  • Ability to sit, stand, reach, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • CPR and AED Certified within the first 30 days of hire
