Summary
JOB SUMMARYThe primary emphasis is to partner with all other members of the healthcare team to assure efficient care of inpatients, avoiding delays and denials whenever possible. Social Worker is responsible to also take a lead role to coordinate with community agencies to address abuse, neglect, substance abuse, mental health, or adoption, link to financial resources, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Required Master's Degree Masters in social work
- 2-4 years recent social work experience, preferably medical social work experience
- Maryland Social Work License per level of education (LMSW or LCSW)
