Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for directly observing assigned patients. Promptly and effectively communicates with patients, family, visitors, nurses and physicians. Recognizes hazards to patient safety and takes appropriate action to maintain a clean and safe environment.
REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent; Less than one year experience; Basic computer skills; CPR Certification; Must successfully complete Companion Program.
