211 Information and Referral Navigator
211 Lake County is seeking a 211 Information and Referral Navigator with long term employment goals. This position is part time – 15 hours per week. Shifts will require weekday as well as occasional holiday and possible weekend coverage. Previous experience in social service is preferred.
211 Lake County assists local residents with basic needs referrals through direct contact with the community through both phone and electronic communication. 211 Lake County has a call volume of over 40,000 calls annually and is involved in many community projects and outreach activities. Those seeking assistance with needs such as shelter, food, utility programs are offered an assessment and referrals to appropriate services.
